We clean the glass, frames, sills and external doors on every regular visit, so the whole window is maintained rather than just the glass.
- Glass, front and rear
- All the glass covered by your quote, cleaned every visit where there is suitable external access. Where the rear cannot be reached safely from outside, the quote covers the front of the property only.
- Frames, sills and ledges
- Frames are cleaned and external sills and ledges wiped down on every visit, so dirt is not left sitting above the glass.
- External doors
- Front and back doors, including their glass, are part of the regular clean rather than an extra.
- Conservatory, extension and roof glazing
- Conservatory glazing, extension glazing and roof or Velux windows are included where they form part of your quote.
How it works
How the six-weekly round runs
The practical details people usually want to know before joining the round.
- Clean upstairs windows safely from the ground
- We use a water-fed pole and purified water to clean upstairs windows from the ground, so nothing leans against your guttering or planting. The glass is thoroughly rinsed and left to dry clear.
- A reminder before every visit
- You know before we arrive, so gates can be unlocked and cars moved if they need to be. Where we have access, you do not need to stay home.
- Access to the rear
- We need a gate or side path we can use safely. If the only route to the back is through the house, the quote is priced for the front of the property.
- Nothing to remember after each clean
- Once your Direct Debit is set up through GoCardless, payment is collected automatically after each completed clean. No cash to leave out and nothing to remember.
- No minimum term
- The round is ongoing rather than fixed. Cancel any time and we will take you off the round.
