Window cleaning in Broadclyst

Broadclyst has a lovely mix of traditional village homes and newer family properties. Cottage-style panes and painted frames sit alongside modern glazing, and we can help look after them all with a careful six-weekly window clean.

Regular service

Care for Broadclyst’s traditional and modern windows

Smaller panes and exterior glazing bars are part of the character of many older windows. We use soft brushes and pay attention to the frame edges and corners as well as the glass, giving those details a thorough clean and rinse.

Newer houses and replacement windows benefit from the same regular attention. We clean the glass, frames, exterior sills and agreed external doors together, with conservatory sides or extension glazing included where requested.

What is included

Included in your regular clean

Every six-weekly visit covers the agreed exterior surfaces.

  • Glass, frames and exterior sills. Cleaned from outside with a water-fed pole and purified water, where safely accessible.
  • External doors. Doors within the agreed cleaning scope are included on each visit.
  • Quoted extra glazing. Suitable extension glazing, conservatory sides and assessed roof windows can be included when quoted. Conservatory roof cleaning is a separate one-off quote.

Arranging your six-weekly clean

  1. Get your price below, or request a custom quote for unusual glazing. We confirm the scope and any access details before the first visit.
  2. Set up GoCardless Direct Debit before the first clean. Payment is collected only after each completed clean.
  3. We send a text reminder the day before each visit. There is no minimum term.
  4. If the clean is not satisfactory once the windows have dried, let us know. We return within 48 hours to put it right at no extra cost.

Rear work requires safe outside access. We never carry equipment through the home; front-only cleaning is available. Windows must be closed, and we do not direct water into vents or damaged frames. Full service details are on our regular window cleaning page and our general FAQs.
