Looking after Whimple’s different window styles
On traditional windows, exterior glazing bars and frame edges add character around the panes. We clean these details with soft brushes before rinsing the glass, so the whole window receives attention.
Newer windows, larger glazed doors and modern extensions can be looked after too. Our six-weekly service brings the different parts of your home into one regular visit, with the agreed frames, exterior sills and doors included.

What is included
Included in your regular clean
Every six-weekly visit covers the agreed exterior surfaces.
- Glass, frames and exterior sills. Cleaned from outside with a water-fed pole and purified water, where safely accessible.
- External doors. Doors within the agreed cleaning scope are included on each visit.
- Quoted extra glazing. Suitable extension glazing, conservatory sides and assessed roof windows can be included when quoted. Conservatory roof cleaning is a separate one-off quote.
Arranging your six-weekly clean
- Get your price below, or request a custom quote for unusual glazing. We confirm the scope and any access details before the first visit.
- Set up GoCardless Direct Debit before the first clean. Payment is collected only after each completed clean.
- We send a text reminder the day before each visit. There is no minimum term.
- If the clean is not satisfactory once the windows have dried, let us know. We return within 48 hours to put it right at no extra cost.
Rear work requires safe outside access. We never carry equipment through the home; front-only cleaning is available. Windows must be closed, and we do not direct water into vents or damaged frames. Full service details are on our regular window cleaning page and our general FAQs.
